What will you do? As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated packaging machinery.
• Perform start-up and shut-down procedures safely and efficiently.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime.
• Conduct minor adjustments and repairs as necessary.
• Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve performance and quality goals.

What are we looking for?

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Reliable availability to work an overnight 3rd shift schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
