Highlights of Your Role:

• Analyze production and maintenance data to identify root causes of issues.
• Utilize 3D modeling tools to design and modify equipment, ensuring production, maintenance, and safety requirements are met.
• Innovate and enhance engineering concepts and designs, leading trials to test and validate improvements.
• Drive project success by adhering to departmental processes, ensuring projects are on scope, on time, and on budget.
• Provide support across production, maintenance, and other teams, delivering projects that exceed customer expectations.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually

You're a Great Fit if You:

• Hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Have 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Possess experience with 3-D CAD software (SolidWorks, CREO, Inventor).
• Demonstrate strong project management skills.
• Thrives in hands-on work with mechanical systems in a manufacturing setting.
