Manufacturing Engineer

Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Bennettsville, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team.

The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly to the Engineering Manager and assist the engineering department by performing a variety of duties. These include developing and enhancing process work instructions, evaluating manufacturing processes, and initiating engineering change notices.

Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering preferred)

  n
n
• n

  3-5 years of experience with cable harness assemblies or related manufacturing environments

  n
n
• n

  Proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with other 3D design software packages

  n
n
• n

  Strong computer skills and experience with Windows-based programs and related software

  n
n
• n

  Excellent written and organizational skills

  n
n
• n

  Strong project management background with a focus on methods improvement

  n
n
• n

  Hands-on manufacturing support experience

  n
n
• n

  Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team environment

  n
n
• n

  Customer communication skills are a plus

  n
n
• n

  U.S. citizenship required

  n
n

Schedule :

n
• Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional overtime)
n

The salary for this position ranges between $45,000 - $65,000 with a chance to become permanent with the client.

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
