Highlights of Your Role:

• Analyze production and maintenance data to conduct thorough root cause analysis.
• Utilize 3D modeling to design or modify equipment, ensuring alignment with production, maintenance, and safety requirements.
• Lead innovative projects and trials to test and validate improvements in engineering concepts and designs.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring success in scope, timeline, and budget using established processes.
• Provide cross-functional support to production, maintenance, and various teams, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.

Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology is required.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in 3-D CAD software (SolidWorks, CREO, Inventor) is required.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
