Manufacturing Operations Associate

A leading biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Operations Associate to support hands-on production activities in a regulated cleanroom environment. This role is essential to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes for high-quality therapeutic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, and sanitize manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing procedures (MPs)
• Weigh and prepare buffers/media following defined protocols
• Operate and monitor critical processes with basic troubleshooting capabilities
• Perform in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment
• Execute parts washing and sterilization activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace
• Wear full cleanroom gowning (steel toe shoes, hairnet, gloves) during all operations
• Initiate and participate in quality deviation reports
• Draft and revise GMP documentation (SOPs, MPs)
• Review equipment logs and batch records for accuracy and completeness
• Recommend and implement improvements to routine functions
• Safely work around high-pressure systems and heavy equipment using powered industrial vehicles
• Support Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Foster relationships across manufacturing and site teams
• Champion Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging efforts to enhance team connectivity and engagement
• Create a positive and respectful work environment through daily interactions

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift up to 35 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs of force
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical movements including bending, climbing, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Navigate stairs and portable ladders up to 6 feet

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
