What You Will Do

• KPI Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Define and assess transportation KPIs, streamline processes, and reduce non-value added work.
• Data Management & Reporting: Pull, analyze, and report data using Excel, Google BigQuery, and other tools; develop actionable dashboards and reports.
• OTD Performance: Monitor and improve On-Time Delivery metrics, identify root causes of delays, and lead daily issue-resolution meetings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate information flow, align priorities with Product and Operations teams, and communicate insights clearly.
• Problem Solving & Solution Design: Design solutions for last mile transportation, support large-scale programs, and pilot initiatives.
• Defect Identification & Reduction: Identify inefficiencies in onboarding processes, manage applicant data securely, and implement improvements.
• Project Management: Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Partnership Development: Develop and manage partnerships to enhance driver satisfaction and integrate new partnerships into the app.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
