Your Role as a Therapy Leader
Your journey with us involves:

• Supporting the Director of Therapy Operations in managing day-to-day therapy team operations, which includes scheduling, training, and communication.
• Providing direct patient care while building strong relationships through understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrating and promoting patient successes every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification as required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of experience in occupational/physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years in clinical practice.
• Active involvement on the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or specialty professional certifications preferred.
