Manager, Immunology Price Forecasting

Job Title

The Manager, Price Forecasting supports the accurate Planning and Reporting of Skyrizi, Rinvoq and Humira Gross-to-Net expense ($30B + in Annual GTN).

This role will closely partner with Brand Managers Price & Volume, Price Accounting and Market Access.

This role will report to the Director, Immunology Price Forecasting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform monthly close activities, ensuring compliance with Abbvie policies.
• Prepare Mid-Month and Month End Sales Reporting and required variance explanations to Immunology VP, US TX Headquarters and Pricing Leadership.
• Partner with GTN Accounting and Brand Price Forecasters on Base & Pipeline Reserve Analysis and Quarterly Reasonableness Checks
• Support Internal & External Audit requests.

• Partner with Immunology Brand Forecasters on GTN budget submissions for all-key financial cycles: Plan, LBE, Key Plus/Minus and LRP. Key Activities include but not limited to Turquoise sheet updates, Actualization for the Models, Scenario Planning, etc.
• Complete trend analysis across the Immunology portfolio, triangulating data from monthly close, balance sheet reserve analyses, and recent market dynamics to ensure submitted unit forecasts for Plan, LBE and LRP are of the highest quality.
• Prepare Book, Presentation and Backup slides for each Planning cycle, that are accurate, clear, and concise to aid Executive level Management in understanding the overall Immunology Net Sales story.
• Load forecasts into required systems (BPC, Brand & US Tx Pricing Models) to support Consolidation for US Immunology, Global and Corporate Reviews

• Prepare various analytics across the Immunology portfolio (KAM package, Managed Care & Medicare payer rebates, SP Discounts, AAR utilization, etc.)
• Support analysis and requests related to 340B and Inflation Reduction Act and other legislative changes, as needed.
• Other ad-hoc project work and analysis, as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting, finance and/or forecasting + analytics experience. BA/BS in Finance or Accounting. MBA/CPA preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP & BPC is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
