Shift Details Evenings: 4 pmmidnight, MondayFriday (rotating call every three weeks).

Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus available. Shift differentials offered for nights and/or weekends. Your Role

• Provide leadership, management, and oversight for the Emergency Room service area.
• Ensure clinical, financial, environmental, and employee-related functions are optimized.
• Serve as a clinical resource and liaison with medical staff.
• Oversee staff hiring, orientation, training, evaluation, and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and budgetary guidelines.
