Job Overview
The Manager, Business Intelligence at T-Mobile is instrumental in steering the organization through comprehensive data analysis, fostering the development of business or customer-centric solutions. This role is pivotal in designing and developing reporting structures and interfaces, alongside administering standardized reports for multi-functional use. By demonstrating advanced business insights and creative data visualizations, this position communicates complex information effectively to all levels of leadership, technology, business, and finance. The role combines data-driven analysis, business acumen, and innovative problem-solving skills to enhance decision-making processes. Through their contributions, the Manager, Business Intelligence significantly bolsters T-Mobile's strategic objectives and operational efficiency. *** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. The role requires working in a hybrid environment at least 3 days a week in office.

Job Responsibilities :

• Builds clear goals, structure and measurement rules for the Business Intelligence team to streamline processes and increase the workflow effectiveness and efficiencies
• Collaborates with multi-functional leaders to identify new business opportunities and/or partnerships and provides related analyses and optimization plans
• Develops data solutions to enable team and business success as a whole
• Communicates complex information effectively to all levels of leadership, technology, business, and finance using advanced business insights and creative data visualizations
• Improves decision-making processes through innovative problem-solving and data-driven analysis

Education and Work Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree STEM
• Master's/Advanced Degree STEM (Preferred)
• 4-7 years Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• 4-7 years Experience in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis research Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Data Analysis Expertise in technical tools (DataViz; SQL; automation; report/metric build; algorithms/modeling; cloud native systems for data such as AWS/GCP/Azure/Snowflake)
• Strategy Strategically minded, contributes to the development of a coherent overarching strategic vision for the company; demonstrable ability to work with ambiguity and be able to settle next steps without specific direction, as well as to provide that direction to team members
• Strong change management skills with the ability to communicate broadly to internal teams
• Problem Solving Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans
• Communication Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially related to conveying data insights

Base Pay Range: $102,900 - $185,600 Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
