Position Type: Staff Level and Lead Positions Available

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Mammography Technologists to join our outpatient radiology facilities in multiple locations, including Fairfax, VA, Sterling, VA, Chevy Chase, MD, Park Potomac, MD, Bethesda, MD, and Washington, DC. We have openings for both staff level positions and one lead position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mammography examinations in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality images are obtained while prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
• Assist in the training and supervision of staff technologists, particularly in the lead position.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and patient information.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements in all imaging procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Current certification as a Mammography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent.
• Experience in mammography is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership experience for the Lead position.
• Familiarity with advanced imaging technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
