Maintenance Worker (Part-Time, Onsite)

Starting at $18/hr| Flexible On-Demand Pay

What You'll Do: 

• Take ownership of preventative maintenance across multiple programs and offices—no two days are the same!
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize your own assignments, making the most of available resources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance concerns, ensuring equipment and facilities are always in top shape.
• Collaborate with outside contractors and coordinate quality repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure our buildings and grounds meet all Federal, State, and local safety standards.
• Put your skills to work repairing kitchen, housekeeping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Read blueprints, wire buildings for networking, and tackle hands-on projects from painting to appliance repair.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and work directly with vendors and inspectors.
• Play a key role in safety and disaster planning, maintaining fire alarm systems and compliance records. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• At least one year of relevant maintenance experience
• Solid working knowledge of maintenance and electrical equipment
• Current contractor license (as required by state)
