Job Opening: Maintenance Technician Inver Grove Heights, MN

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility running at peak performance. If you enjoy solving mechanical and electrical challenges in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment across the facility.
• Work with industrial automation systems: motors, pumps, drives, servos, relays, and 3-phase power.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What You Bring

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics.
• Welding, HVAC, and field service installation experience is a plus.
• Class 2B Boilers License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Background in corrugated materials is helpful but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

- Monthly bonus between 10% - 21% of employees total income for the month based on plant performance. - PTO- Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)- Weekly pay- Paid holidays- 401K with company match - Opportunity for career growth within the organization.
