This is a multi-craft, hands-on maintenance role supporting production, packaging, and utility systems in a 24/7 operation. You'll work with advanced automation, robotics, and pasteurization systems, ensuring reliable, safe, and compliant plant performance. What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and utility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Maintain pumps, conveyors, separators, pasteurizers, and other process equipment.
• Work with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and automated packaging systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings.
• Support calibration, instrumentation, and sanitary process systems.
• Collaborate with operations to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food, beverage, or manufacturing preferred).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automation systems, PLCs, and VFDs.
• Knowledge of pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurization equipment.
• Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary processes.
• Ammonia refrigeration, boiler, or wastewater experience a plus.
• Ability to work independently with a strong safety mindset.
