Weber Enterprises, a family-owned Taco Bell franchisee, is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with people. If you take pride in keeping equipment running and don't want the same routine every day, this role is for you. You'll work independently across 5-7 restaurant locations, maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC, and building systems. You'll have a company vehicle for daily travel and a supportive maintenance team to share knowledge and help when you run into something new. You'll handle most repairs yourself and escalate licensed work such as electrical, plumbing, or HVAC installations when needed.

Job Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or facilities maintenance
• Proven skill with kitchen, refrigeration, HVAC, or building systems
• Valid Oregon driver's license and clean MVR (required for insurance)
• Comfortable traveling between sites and adapting to changing priorities
• Strong communication and time management skills
• HVAC certification or equivalent experience preferred

Additional Details

Full-time position, typically Monday-Friday days with some nights and weekends as needed. Based in Medford/Grants Pass with occasional travel throughout Jackson, Josephine, Douglas, and Coos Counties. Reports to multiple leaders due to regional coverage.
