Maintenance Technician - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic automation issues to minimize downtime
• Support production teams by ensuring equipment reliability and safe operation
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Hands-on, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and occasional overtime as needed
