Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leading organization in the commercial facilities management sector, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting building operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Burnsville, MN

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and assets to ensure optimal operation
• Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing process equipment, HVAC/R systems, and building automation systems
• Manage spare parts inventories and coordinate with vendors for replacement parts
• Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure safety compliance
• Assist with temperature and pressure control systems, indoor air quality, and utility piping systems

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of technical training in maintenance or related field is desirable
• Minimum of one year of experience in building repair, maintenance, plumbing, or electrical work
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Valid state driver's license
