Must be mechanically inclined and knowledgeable in hydraulic solenoid valves, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors/pumps. Be able to troubleshoot both hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Be able to read and follow some hydraulic and pneumatic schematic drawings for troubleshooting purposes. Strong communication and listening skills with the ability to interpret customer needs. Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. Must work well with others and be a team player. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Also follow all company policies and regulations. Be able to do basic mathematics, including fractions and decimals. Must have a valid state issued driver's license. As part of our process, we will be conducting a background check that includes a review of your driving record.
