We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within a large-scale manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for managing preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of technicians, schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, manage spare parts inventory, and work closely with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades. Strong leadership, technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
