The role you'll contribute: Performs the repair and maintenance of assigned areas that would require performing tasks which normally would come under such trades as plumbing, electrical, A/C, refrigeration, mechanical, drywall repair, flooring repair or painting.

The value you'll bring to the team: Operates company vehicle as needed. Performs repairs to building in a competent, neat, and workmanlike manner. Identifies proper tools for tasks and consults appropriate personnel for any uncertainties. Accurately completes and submits work orders and preventive maintenance tasks daily. Completes all Life Safety preventive maintenance tasks and work orders within one month of assignment at a 95% completion rate. Completes other work orders and preventive maintenance tasks at a 95-98% completion rate within the month they were assigned. Conducts daily walks in assigned areas to observe and correct needed repairs promptly.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed: Minimum qualifications: High School Grad or Equiv, 2 experience as a building maintenance/repair technician, Drivers License.
