Compensation: $34.01/hr during the first 90 days, increasing to $37.01/hr afterwards

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical maintenance across the facility
• Document repairs and maintenance performed using maintenance software
• Install, maintain, test, and repair various electrical components and systems, including low, medium, and high voltage systems
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Work safely in proximity to explosives
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proficient in English (verbal and written communication)
• Basic computer skills
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, kneeling, and working in varying conditions
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
• Experience with electrical systems (low, medium, or high voltage) for a minimum of one year
• Comfortable working underground in a mining environment
• Current ATF certification or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to acquire certification
• Technical diploma in heavy equipment/industrial maintenance or equivalent experience
• Certifications in Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance
• High school diploma/GED or two years of relevant work experience
