Maintenance Coordinator

This position involves serving as a maintenance coordinator with a leadership focus. The role entails ordering parts and ensuring that the maintenance team has all necessary equipment and parts to keep the plant operating efficiently. It requires providing technical leadership and proactively identifying potential equipment failures to ensure replacement parts are readily available.

Responsibilities:

• Order parts and ensure the maintenance team has necessary equipment.
• Provide technical leadership and proactively identify potential equipment failures.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and manager to determine needed orders.
• Walk the plant daily to assess and identify parts or equipment needs.
• Coordinate with vendors as necessary.
• Oversee maintenance operations for both the plant and the garage.

Work Environment:

Day shift with flexible hours and days. Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays, particularly when the maintenance manager is not present. The facility requires wearing jeans and steel-toed boots. It is a clean, climate-controlled cardboard manufacturing environment.

This is a permanent position based out of New Carlisle, IN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $52520.00 - $52520.00/yr. They have medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, RDO days, quarterly outings.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in New Carlisle, IN.
