Seasonal Mailroom Associate

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Project Role-will go about 3-5 months

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Seasonal Fulfillment Worker to join our team for a project-based assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling orders using their hands, ensuring that daily quality and minimum standards are consistently met. This role requires great attention to detail and involves working with match media mailing.

MUST HAVE

• Ability to work with hands and complete repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team
• 6 months to 1 year of prior job history in any industry (excluding Fast Food)

Responsibilities

• Move mail carts to the designated work station.
• Sort ski passes and additional information packets.
• Place correct documents into envelopes and seal them for shipping.

Essential Skills

• Experience in mailroom operations, sorting, clerical work, and administration.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and data entry proficiency.
• Ability to work with hands and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team.

Work Environment

This is a seasonal, project-based position requiring standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm MST, with no flexible schedules.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Niwot, Colorado.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
