Cycle Count Pharmacy Technicians ensure inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by working with the inventory team. Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing routine and patterned assignments. Works within defined work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Cycle count technicians ensure security and accountability of inventory.

Working from predetermined lists on scheduled basis

• Performs computations to count locations.

Following completion of scheduled Cycle count lists may be required to assist the inventory department in other functions.

• Sorts, checks, and receives product.
• Puts product away in the warehouse.
• Replenishes product from the warehouse to the dispensing line.
• Counts product in multiple locations to ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state.
• More than 1 year of related experience
• Able to stand and walk for 10-hour shifts.
• Able to lift up to 35lbs on occasion.
• Bend, twist, and reach frequently.
• Comfortable working at heights of 20ft

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• National Certification, PTCB CPhT
