Position Overview

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient and high-quality production. After completing a paid 6-month training program, you'll operate independently in a clean, modern facility with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery
• Mix and measure materials with precision
• Monitor systems using computer and camera interfaces
• Collect samples and verify product quality
• Troubleshoot and optimize equipment performance

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: SundayThursday, 11:30 PM 7:30 AM
• Includes a 12.5% shift differential

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20$24/hour based on experience
• Annual Range: $41,600 $52,000+ with shift differential

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production
• Comfortable working with computers and camera-based systems
• Experience mixing chemicals and following safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
