Trillium Staffing is now hiring Machine Operators in Stevensville Michigan!

Schedule is 1st shift, 5am-3pm, $16/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Load castings onto machine-mounted fixtures, ensuring they are properly seated according to training and job-specific work instructions.

- Initiate the machining process by pressing the cycle start button. Once the cycle is complete, remove the parts and perform any additional operations required per the written work instructions.

- Pack completed parts into designated containers and repeat the machining cycle as needed.

- Maintain responsibility for part quality throughout the machining process. Immediately notify the lead person or production manager if a part is loaded or processed incorrectly.

- Accurately complete all required documentation, including part type, hours run, and quantity processed during the shift.

- Previous experience

- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
