Machine Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, turning, grinding, and milling.

Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading engineering drawings and other specifications.

Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.

Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.

Closely monitor the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

Inspect and measure the finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly.

Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

General mechanical aptitude

Keen eye for detail

No CNC experience required, but operating and mechanical experience is a must.

Previous experience as a machine operator and ability to show mechanical aptitude.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

The role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment.

1st Shift: 5:15 AM - 1:45 PM (Monday - Friday).

2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30PM (Monday - Friday)

This is a Permanent position based out of Olive Branch, Mississippi.

The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $52000.00/yr.
