As a Machine Learning Engineer on our team, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to build reliable, scalable, and highly performant AI systems. You will collaborate closely with Applied Scientists on modeling experiments and prototypes. We're looking for someone who wants to make a positive impact on humanity, has a track record of innovating and building successfully, and loves solving hard problems!

Key Job Responsibilities

• Development and maintain key platforms needed for building, evaluating and deploying models for real-world applications.
• Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines and infrastructure to support ML model training workflows.
• Develop tools for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and efficient resource utilization for large-scale AI training jobs.
• Create monitoring systems, debugging tools, and performance optimization solutions for ML infrastructure.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate ML frameworks with production systems and implement version control for both code and model artifacts.
• Learn state of the art technologies and algorithms in the field of Generative AI to participate in our journey to build the best models.

A Day In The Life

Our main data consumers and producers are science teams. You will work closely with scientists from various domains to clarify requirements, design new systems, upgrade existing services and provide operational support to mitigate issues. Your work will largely comprise of working with data services and pipelines.
