Mac Engineering Senior Manager

Capital One is looking for a Senior level Mac Platform Engineer to join our Associate Experience Endpoint Engineering team. The Mac platform has grown to support over 30,000 Mac computers in recent years, as one of the fastest growing physical platforms at Capital One. The senior engineering role will be focused on reviewing new solutions, interacting with stakeholders on new initiatives, platform improvements and serving as an escalation point for our Mac Engineering team.

Responsibilities:

Influence Cyber and Network product roadmaps to maximize the associate experience.
Engage in testing/provide input when new technology is being considered or introduced.
Work with architecture teams to champion new patterns to improve our user experiences and enhance security.
Serve as a board resource for certifying and approving platform-impacting changes.
Provide well grounded and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Handle several projects simultaneously, balancing your time to maximize impact.
Work across stakeholders and groups to resolve technology impediments to project delivery commitments.
Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community.
