- Experience leading a small M365 project team researching, documenting, and implementing changes by holding Office Hours to discuss and review deliverables.
 
- Provide Level 3 and Level 4 escalated technical support for M365, GWS, & Lucid Products & Services.
 - Research M365 Product and Service features for data security vulnerabilities and report them to the Product Owner and Scrum team.
 - Analyze the impact of M365 & GWS Product and Service changes and design the response for tenant changes and user impact.
 - Implement changes to configure M365 & GWS tenant based on governance decisions.
 - End-to-end M365 Product and Service availability / up-time : support risk identification and mitigation process and provide issue management recommendations as required.
 - Completion of escalated service incident tickets and corresponding Microsoft cases.
 - Timely completion of Scrum stories.
 
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite as a Solutions Architect, including the new service applications, such as Copilot, Clipchamp, Loop
 - Must have experience managing M365 licenses via Group Based Licensing (GBL) in Azure AD and managing M365 subscription license types.
 - Experience with SharePoint app registration and Azure AD app registration.
 - Extensive Data Analysis experience using M365 / Azure Reports and Excel.
 - Experienced with M365 tenant-level configuration changes and security settings for large Enterprise environments.
 - Significant hands-on experience in administering SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva Engage, Stream on SharePoint, Viva, Exchange, and Office in large M365 environments. Must have knowledge of SharePoint at an Architect Level with experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator.
 - Experience with Azure portal and User Administration skills a must. Experience must include user identities and authentication: Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (AAD); nice to have experience with Azure AD Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Conditional Access Policies, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and MFA.
 - Extensive experience in creating and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts to support administration and automation of M365 Technologies, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, M365 groups, Azure AD, & licensing.
 - Must have hands on experience with the Power Platform : Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
 - Must quickly adapt and react to a rapidly changing M365 environment by understanding M365 product and services changes by Microsoft and designing an action strategy for the tenant and users.
 - Remain current on M365 services and capabilities, including availability, reliability, performance, operations, compliance, and security.
 - Experience with File Share and SharePoint Online / Teams / OneDrive migrations using different migration tools such as ShareGate and the SharePoint Migration Tool.
 - Must document system standards to communicate and enforce standards; must review M365 solutions and processes as part of tenant governance.
 - Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximize M365 functionality and user experience.
 - Must have worked in an Agile Scrum team and possess knowledge of Agile Scrum practices.
 - Must possess deep critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve issues; independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing end-to-end problem resolution.
 - Experience opening cases with Microsoft to troubleshoot escalated issues.
 - Willing to work after business hours to resolve critical issues.
 - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems.
 - Demonstrate high standard of organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
 
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
 - ITIL Training and Experience.
 - Experience leading a small M365 project team researching, documenting, and implementing changes by holding Office Hours to discuss and review deliverables.
 - Microsoft Graph API experience.
 - Lucid Suite Experience, include Lucidchart and Lucidspark.
 - Security and Compliance Center Reporting experience.
 - M365 Apps for Enterprise / Office Pro Plus deployment experience via M365 Apps admin center or SCCM.
 - Implementation-level experience with Microsoft Information Protection, Retention Policies, and Records Management.
 - Service Now Experience.
 - Google Workspace Experience including licensing, OUs, GAM, and Drive & Docs.
 - Jira Experience.
 - Deep Power BI Experience.
 - Sentinel Experience.
 - Slack Experience.
 - Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
