What You'll Do:
As an LVN in Lubbock, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to residents across multiple group homes and facilities. Your expertise in managing g-tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies will be essential in ensuring our residents receive safe and personalized care. With a schedule from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., you'll work in a rewarding environment that values your hands-on skills and dedication.
Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience in long-term care, group homes, hospital, or correctional settings
Proficiency in managing g-tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomies
Valid LVN license in Texas
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong clinical skills with attention to detail and safety standards

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with residents who have behavioral health needs or mental health issues
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Additional certifications in behavioral health or specialized nursing

Preferred Education and Experience:

Licensed Vocational Nurse credential with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar setting
Past work supporting residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, especially those who are medically fragile

Other Requirements:

Availability to work every other weekend
Orientation period from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., for 2-4 weeks
Ability to adapt to potential shift changes based on facility needs (advance notice provided)
No on-call or callback responsibilities required
Long-term commitment to fostering a safe and caring environment for our residents
