The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. • Number of Beds - 64; divided on 3 floors
• Number of Staff - roughly 130
• Type of staff:
o Day Shift - 1 charge, 4 nurses, 3 PCTs per floor if full census
o Night Shift - 1 charge, 3 nurses, 2 PCTs per floor if full census
• Patient Ratios - 5:1 on days; 6:1 on nights
• Type of equipment - work stations on wheels, portable lifts, ceiling lifts, sara stedys
• EMR - Meditech
• Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) - yes Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Med-surg, neuro, ortho, rehab, LTACH or long term care experience
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• Meditech experience
