LVN Homecare Shiftcare Mon - Fri

Salary: $28 - $30 / per hour

Full time work: 40 hours per week ( 8 hrs x 5 days per week)

Monday - Friday schedule. 7am to 3pm

Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) work with a pediatric patients in their own home.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
