Are you ready to take the next step in your nursing career? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Job Summary: As our RN Unit Manager , you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, guide and support nursing staff, and uphold our commitment to excellence in healthcare. This is a key leadership role that requires clinical expertise, strong management skills, and a compassionate approach.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care planning
Ensure compliance with all healthcare policies and regulations
Resolve patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism
Streamline workflows to boost team efficiency
Drive quality improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and oversee records management
Support staff development and continuing education
Handle unit budgeting, supplies, and resources

Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
BLS/CPR certification preferred
Leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and EHR systems
Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
