Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist in patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and self-care techniques.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA):

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Nurse Manager in Community Health:

• Oversee daily operations of the community health department.
• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
