Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Lockport, New York, to hire school bus run nurses. Qualifications:

• New York LPN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting
• Must have experience with pediatric patients

School Bus Run LPN Contract Details:

• $27-$30 an hour
• Schedule follows the school district calendar
• Nurse will be assigned 1 student to monitor to and from school, M-F

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
• Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services
• Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal screenings
• Promoting education and wellness initiatives
