St. Luke’s Health System in McCall, Idaho is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospice to join our dedicated and compassionate Home Health and Hospice team. Sign-on Bonus available!What to Expect• Meaningful, hands-on care—You’ll provide direct nursing support under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring each patient receives high-quality, compassionate care aligned with hospice standards.• Purpose-driven work—Deliver comfort-focused care that helps manage symptoms and enhance quality of life for patients, while offering emotional support to their families during deeply personal moments.• Team-based collaboration—Work side by side with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to creating holistic, personalized care plans that honor each patient’s journey.• A role beyond the bedside—Travel to patient homes throughout McCall and surrounding communities, building meaningful relationships while educating patients and caregivers to help them feel confident and supported.

Preferred Experience• One (1) year of LPN experience in a long-term care or hospice setting.

Qualifications• Education: Graduation from an accredited LPN program.• Licenses/Certifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Idaho.
