Currently, we’re helping staff correctional facilities in Huntsville, Texas that need LVNs to provide care.

Correctional Nurse Contract Details:

• $1,440 - $1,568 per week*
• 13-week contract contracts with block booking
• NOC shift available
• Various unit security levels available for travel Correctional Nurse contracts in Texas
• LVNs have the option to stay where they are or move to a new location when extending their Correctional Nursing contract with SHC
• Duties will include but are not limited to medication administration, immunizations, admissions, and emergency first aid

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
• Previous nursing experience in a corrections setting is preferred
• Active TX state nursing license
• American Heart Association BLS
• Applicant must be able to pass a background check before starting work
