What You Can Expect:

• Night shift schedule: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, self-scheduling, ~2 shifts per week (variable).

• Differentials: $3.45/hour for night shifts, plus $1.45/hour for weekend shifts.

• Small, collaborative team on a 14-bed inpatient rehab unit.

• Typical patient assignment: 5–6 patients per LPN under the guidance of a charge RN.

• Rehab-focused care: minimal IVs, no push meds—a perfect setting for LPNs.

• Educator support with a tailored orientation and training plan to set you up for success.

• New graduates welcome—this role offers the chance to grow your clinical skills and build strong patient relationships in an inpatient setting.

Patient Population:

Primarily swing bed/rehab patients, with some inpatient and observation patients.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.

• Current LPN license in the State of Idaho.

• Current BLS (CPR) certification.
