LPN Clinic - Menomonee Falls I $35/hr.

Industrial Medical Provider / Industrial Medical Extender

This is a 90-day contract position with no opportunity for extension, and we are specifically seeking local candidates only.

Location: Manufacturing plant in Menomonee Falls, WI (client name will be disclosed upon interview scheduling) Pay Rate: $35/hr Schedule:

1. MondayThursday: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
2. Friday: 7:00 AM 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting return-to-work exams for factory employees
• Performing new-hire physicals (including breathalyzer and urine drug testing)
• Scheduling audiograms
• Administering vaccines for international travel and organizing flu clinics
• Providing health-related assessments onsite
• Stabilizing patients in emergency situations and coordinating EMS/911/life flight if needed
• Offering care to employees and their family members onsite
