Lounge Bartender

We are hiring a Lounge Bartender! Responsibilities include setting up the bar, breaking down bar, locking up liquor, and storing fruit and juices properly. You will accept drink orders from guests/servers, make cocktails in accordance with beverage standards, follow all check handling procedures, and complete all opening and closing duties. You will also check and replace glassware, stock and replenish ice, clean floors, empty and steam-clean trashcans, and manage the inventory of soda and juices and stock and replenish beer.
