Logistics Service Representative

A prominent food and beverage company in South Seattle is seeking to hire five Logistics Service Representatives. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a Fortune 500 firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Process and manage customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across systems and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to support shipment scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update systems with shipment and order status to ensure visibility and compliance.
• Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
• Identify and escalate service disruptions or order discrepancies to team members for resolution.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
• Keep current on all portfolio products and related updates, including offerings, shipping procedures, and promotions, to ensure accurate and informed customer support.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance to ensure consistent service and team reliability.

This is a contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
