What You'll Own:

• Be the go-to partner for customers moving temp-sensitive LTL freight across the U.S.
• Hunt down new business with relentless focus cold calls, warm leads, and white-glove referrals.
• Build, negotiate, and close freight quotes like a true closer.
• Manage full-cycle relationships: from first hello to final delivery and everything in between.
• Team up with ops to ensure flawless quoting, carrier coordination, and execution.
• Stay sharp with cold chain trends know the market, own the lane.
• Travel 1015% to shake hands, build loyalty, and keep competitors sweating.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years in 3PL or asset-based sales (LTL + cold chain = bonus points).
• A book of business? Even better. A proven one? You're our VIP.
• Track record managing portfolios worth $2MM+.
• Confidence using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel pros, we see you).
• Hustle, negotiation chops, and top-tier communication.
• HS diploma required; Associate's degree preferred or Experience Equivalent.
