Logistics Representative

Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

LHH is partnering with a client that is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by providing accurate product information, assisting with order placement, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to shipping delays or product returns.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers.
• Assist customers with placing orders and ensure order accuracy.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate with shipping partners and internal teams to resolve delays or delivery issues.
• Manage product returns and exchanges, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Identify and escalate recurring issues or process inefficiencies to management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Job Details:

• Job Title: Customer Service & Logistics Representative
• Location: Kansas City, KS
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Compensation: $21-25ph.
