Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support one of our outstanding clients in Duluth. This role plays a key part in streamlining the movement of goods and services, optimizing logistics workflows, and enhancing supply chain performance. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, communicates effectively, and enjoys solving operational challenges.
Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  
• Manage schedules for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure punctual delivery.
  
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain service standards.
  
• Maintain accurate records for all shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
  
• Review logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within logistics and operations.
  

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
  
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics coordination or a comparable role.
  
• Skilled in logistics platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office tools.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Capable of working independently and juggling multiple tasks.
  

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS).
  
• Understanding of domestic and international shipping regulations.
  
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory systems.
