Logistics Coordinator (Early Career)

Job Description:

Fully In Office: Monday-Friday ( 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) w/ OT and/or Sat. if needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding internal controls, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.
• Respond to branch services requests (shipping issues, line item adjustments, sales order tracking, etc.) Responsible for product evaluations and demos.
• Inventory discrepancy resolution from reports.
• Monitor workflow and work on escalated branch services requests.
• Complete audits on various areas throughout the PDC ensuring standard work instructions and best practices are followed
• Support leadership on various projects including, but not limited to Labor Management, Foreign trade zones, Inventory Control, Quality, and other customer facing needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Has developed specialized skills or is multi-skilled through job-related training, considerable on-the-job experience, and professional education.
• Completes work under moderate supervision
• Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience
• Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
• Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions
• 4-year degree in business management, logistics management, supply chain management, or related field.
• Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office apps.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$30.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
