• Night shifts 7 pm - 7 am and day shifts 7 am - 7 pm, with afternoon shifts 2 pm - 10 pm
• 8 - 10 patients per day per APP with 4 - 7 admissions per shift
• Full-service critical access hospital
• Codes response required -- ED consults for holds only
• Total inpatient census ranges 17 - 21 patients
• Coastal community hospital serving year-round and seasonal populations
• No critical care or ED backup responsibilities
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
