• 7 on/7 off schedule -- Mon-Sun with mix of day coverage and call
• 8 - 10 inpatient encounters per shift with 3 new admissions
• Mon-Thu onsite 7am - 430pm, Fri 7am - 5pm, weekend rounding from 6am
• 20-minute call response time with 1:3 call ratio
• First assist duties including EVH and open vein harvest procedures
• Daily rounding in ICU and stepdown units
• Training responsibilities for new APPs on EVH procedures
• Cardiac surgery focus including CABG, valves, and aortic cases
