Job Details

• Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Assignment Dates: Starting January 1, 2026 for 3–6 months
• Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts per week
• Call Requirements:
  • 1 weekday call per week
  • 1 weekend per month
  • Must be proficient in OB if taking call
• EMR: Epic

Required Skills & Procedures

• Spinals
• OB anesthesia
• Epidurals
• Endoscopy
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks
• Ultrasound-guided procedures
• PICC line insertion (preferred but not required)

Types of Cases:

Orthopedics, General Surgery, Podiatry, ENT, Healthy Pediatrics, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional Endoscopy.

No heads, hearts, or spine cases.

Licensing & Certification Requirements

• License: Oregon CRNA License (active)
• Certification: NBCRNA Board Certified
• DEA: Preferred

COVID-19 Requirements

• Vaccine: Required (unless exempt with approved waiver)
