24-hour in-house shifts -- 3-4 shifts minimum per month
Average daily census of 25 patients
Level-III NICU
Work alongside board certified neonatologists
Regional perinatal referral center
Responsibilities include routine NICU procedures and attending deliveries
Approximately 2300 annual deliveries
